It’s about that time again.
No not that time.
Time for a haircut.
Actually to be fair, it’s been time for a hair cut for the last couple of weeks, but it’s going to have to wait a few more.
Until the end of march to be precise. I’m not touching it till just before the Digitial Parents conference.
So in the meantime, it looks like this.
I get bored with my hair easily. I like to grow it, and then I get over it, and cut it and do something a bit different.
But lately, I’ve been feeling the need to do something drastic. A bit more than the usual few inches. Something dramatic.
I mentioned this to Miss Pink a few weeks ago on Twitter, and she responded with the observation that a pixie style would look great on me.
Of course! Why didn’t I think of that?
Probably because I have no idea what on earth that is exactly.
So of course I resorted to the ever trusty google, in the search of all possible hair dos, and it turns out the term pixie is a pretty loose one. Much falls in to that category, which of course does not make choosing one particular style over another any easier.
So what does one do when faced with a predicament like this?
Blog about it of course. With pictures, and the quest for advice.
Presenting, the many styles of Jess: the What May Come edition.
Possibly the most popular wearer of the pixie style, is the gorgeous Halle Berry, so I thought I’d try her style for my do.
Not sure about the black….
Maybe blonde would be a better colour for me….
So the blonde doesn’t seem to be working for me particularly the last one.
How on earth does chick chair (and it looked awesome in the original pic) make one look like a transvestite?
So what does bloke hair look like on me then?
This is totally Zac Effrons hair.
How on earth is that dude so pretty?
What about some more extreme styles?
In all seriousness though, I do want to do something with my hair, and I’m looking for inspiration, Any ideas anyone? What about one of these?
Someone who doesn’t need to change her hair, cause it is already as awesome as it could be, is the new Blogger of the Mo, Erin from Eat Play Bond I’ll admit she is a personal friend, but also a great blogger as well, and an all around cool chick.
And did I mention her hair?
Which gives me another idea…..
Do you think I should do something radical?
Do you stalk Erin yet? Do you want to know where she lives so you can creep up on her in the middle of the night, cut off all her hair and make it into a wig?
Did you think that last question really was way too creepy?
