Happy Tuesday wonderful people!
I hope this post finds you happy, healthy, and preferably not as tired as I feel right now.
So in the spirit of fill disclosure, I’ve been racking my brains trying to think of apost for today, and whilst I have several brilliant ideas, I haven’t had the time to make them as great as they could be, so you’ll just have to wait.
Instead, I thought that I would pass on some of my newly found wisdom. Newly found, because I’ve only just realised it this past week.
And wisdom because extreme fatigue makes anything half sensible seem very wise indeed.
Wisdomous fact no 1.
If you wash clothes, you will have to put them away at some point. This is very time consuming and cumbersome. It would be much easier to just buy new ones instead.
Wisdomous fact no 2
Do not wear a rainbow, frilly g-string to work. You never know when your register will go down, and you will be forced to effectively climb into a crazy cupboard full of chords and wires, bending over and revealing your ‘frillies’ to all the male customers behind you.
Wisdomous fact no 3
Don’t ever leave your children alone ever.
Not even with some one trusted.
You may end up receiving a text message like this.
In fact, from now on, spend your entire life just sitting on the couch watching tv, and teaching your kids to do the same, so that no one ever gets hurt, and you won’t reveal your underwear to anyone.
Wisdomous fact no 4.
Always be early. You never know when the crazy muscles in your legs will get so huge, they will physically break invisible components of your bicycle, forcing you to walk it up a hill in 35 degree hear to work.
Wisdomous fact no 5
In light of the previous fact, install a cool room in your home. It will make hot days bearable, but also serve as a giant fridge/pantry.
Wisdomous fact no 6
It’s possible to bruise yourself without realising it.
Particularly when you’re me.
Wisdomous fact no 7.
Breath mints are always a good idea. ALWAYS.
Wisdomous fact no 8.
It’s ok to say no sometimes. (Which is actually Wisdomous. Unlike the rest of the list.)
Wisdomous fact no 10.
When all else fails, and you have no idea what to blog about, pretend that that all the random stuff that happened in your past week is actually helpful for society, and rephrase into a helpful post, and link it to IBOT.
Oh and as a bonus:
Wisdomous fact no 11.
If you’re still looking for the green sheep, I found it. 🙂
What random wisdom have you gleaned this week?
